800 Big Bear Lodging Policies

General: Because the Big Bear Lake Resort Association's Central Reservation Service, as well as all our CenRes Members, make every effort to closely schedule reservations, there are NO REFUNDS for early departures or late arrivals. A "NO SHOW" will be considered a cancellation, and the cancellation policy will apply. The cancellation policy of the facility where you have your reservation is in effect and is shown on your confirmation. The CenRes will not refund our booking fee. You are making reservations for arrival at a Mountain Resort community subject to varying weather conditions. All member facilities offering lodging will enforce their cancellation policy for cancellations received because of snow, rain, lack of snow, fog, drought or any other Acts of God including any that may restrict accessibility or travel to the destination.

UPON CHECK-IN AT YOUR FACILITY, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PRESENT THE CREDIT CARD AND DRIVERS LICENSES THAT WAS USED TO BOOK THIS RESERVATION. THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER MUST BE PRESENT. SOME FACILITIES WILL REQUIRE SOME FORM OF SECURITY DEPOSIT. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU HAVE MORE PEOPLE IN YOUR PARTY THAN YOU HAVE RESERVED FOR AS SHOWN ON THIS CONFIRMATION, YOU MAY BE ADDITIONALLY CHARGED OR ASKED TO LEAVE THE FACILITY.

Cancellation: Reservations canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival date shall receive a full refund, less the $20.00 booking fee and a $25.00 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival shall forfeit 1/2 your total stay or 1 night's lodging, whichever is greater, and the $20.00 booking fee
Deposit: All reservations booked within 30 days of arrival are to be paid in full at the time of reservation. Reservations outside of 30 days require a 50% deposit due within 7 days of making the reservation as long as it does not enter the 30 day balance period. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. If payment is not received 30 days prior to arrival, your credit card will be charged the balance.
Check In: Check in time is at 2:00pm. Check in location is at 760 Blue Jay Road, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. Office is located off Big Bear Blvd. Although our address is 760 Bluejay Rd, our check-in office faces Big Bear Blvd, between the Boulder Bay Center and the Boulder Bay Park. If your coming from the East, we are two miles past the Big Bear Dam, the first business on the left. If you are coming from the West, we are 200 ft past Blue Jay Rd on the right, if you make it to the Boulder Bay Park you just passed our office. There is a big carved bear at the entrance to our driveway.

Pets: By making a reservation using this web site, you agree to inform the Big Bear Lake Resort Association at the time of booking by the means provided on this web site if you intend to travel with any pets, the number of pets traveling and type of pets traveling. You also agree to authorize the Big Bear Lake Resort Association to process such charges as are necessary to meet the requirements of the member service provider for any pets traveling with you.
Other: Big Bear Lake Resort Association charges a $20.00 booking fee per Reservation.
Children: Children 5 and younger stay free.
